McMahon Chevrolet was amazing! We were on a family road trip when we discovered that the work of 2 other GM dealerships had not correctly repaired our car, which needed immediate attention. Steve, Tony, Tyler and Keith all went above and beyond to get our car repaired while we continued our vacation in Stowe. They even supplied us with a dealer loaner car to use so our trip wasn't interrupted. It's so refreshing to have people take extra time to help. We are extremely grateful!

Great experience! Initially I wasn't planning on purchasing a new vehicle until June or July, but I started looking around in March and April. I test drove the Malibu and fell in love. John and Kyle went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. They established a great deal for me and I couldn't be happier. The whole team at McMahon Chevrolet are very friendly from the moment you walk in the front door and make you feel like your business matters. Very impressed with the new facility.
I drove cross country from CO to visit family and friends and knew I would need some service done. While in Stowe I had an issue with my battery and my brakes were making a noise. I brought my Tundra to McMahon and Chris was on it first thing in the morning took all my info and requests for service. he called me a few hours later and I was expecting to hear that I needed new calipers or something and quite the opposite. He said the brake noise was coming from a bent spring that need to be replaced and that my pads had more than 75% left and no need to replace! I have had some bad experiences with my local (Big O in Vail, CO) where they tell you that you need something and they either don't complete it or you didn't really need it in the first place. Good to know there are great service centers here in my home state of VT!
Went in for my Silverado's 35k maintenance, oil change, inspection & winter tire swap over, readying it for winter. Was told it "wouldn't take long." More than three hours later I walk out of there with a 600$ bill. I was never offered a loaner, nor a reason why things were taking so long.
Such friendly people. I had a very welcomed feeling. The staff are kind and courteous..I am very happy with my truck and most of all the service provided by the team at McMahon Chevrolet.
